I finally got some time to play in the shop this weekend, working on a small
end table. But, progress can to a screeching halt when one of the tail stock
locking plates broke, allowing the set screw to just spin in place. It looks
like the plate has a PEM insert that came loose. Before I take the end of the
machine apart to get the tail stock off, I wanted to make sure I had a fix in
place before driving in. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Brandon
