Bill did you try the You-tube site.
http://www.youtube.com/user/legacywoodworking/videos?sort=dd
<http://www.youtube.com/user/legacywoodworking/videos?sort=dd&view=0&shelf_id=1>
 &view=0&shelf_id=1

As a side note, the EVO video is now one year old I wonder if pat 2 will ever
be made? I would like to see more about this machine.

Back to the topic. Bill what I've seen on the CNC videos, they are pretty dry.
(Boring!) The works are awesome, the quality is top notch, but the videos sure
aren't the New Yankee workshop. ;-p

I was browsing legacys cnc sight a few days ago and I saw projects videos on
there I would have loved to have watched to see how they do it.

But it was only for cnc owners (pass word entry) but it said don’t worry if
you’re not a cnc owner you can still get to see.

For a fee of $20 a month so I thought a bit steep but ok perhaps just one
month’s worth once a year and I can catch up on their projects and perhaps
eventfully get one, but I couldn’t even do that I have to ring them to get this
(no online option.) A bit hard for some one half way around the world Who
doesn’t have international calls on his phone. An online 1 day pass for like 5
bucks would be perfect. But no.

I guess what I’m getting at is how can potential customers buy a cnc if they
can’t watch all it can do.

I know before I bought my manual mill I watched every video on the old sight to
see all they can do which is what sold me on buying one then eventually 2 of
them.

"Earth" to the Legacy "Mothership"! - Do you "hear" what Curt is saying!!!???
(And I am sure others are thinking!)

We, the "manual" Legacy Ornamental Mill folks, will most likely, one day,
become CUSTOMERS for your CNC mills!!!

You can bet WE can be a POSITIVE part of your future - by telling folks what
GREAT Customer Support you provide to US, the "manual" owners - despite the
fact that you no longer produce our machines. So I plead with you to continue
to interact/communicate with us as you have told us you will. We can be a
TREMENDOUS asset! We appreciate what you have done so far - and continue to
look forward to maintaining our special relationship for years to come.

Mac

Hello and Welcome to the group.

another REVO owner, Bill will be pleased. ;-)

The REVO is a very nice machine, I believe that it was to short lived to
really make a big impact on the Ornamental milling world. but It defiantly had
its time. and I'm sure that your knowledge of it, will offer a great help to
others of this group.

I like your statement, "I can convince my "keeper of the checkbook" that it is
a worthwhile investment." CNC is the wave to the future, But for me the boat
I'm in, Is what I call a life boat, and I'm having a hard enough time just
staying afloat. ;-) So for NOW, am out of the CNC market for at least a few
years. But I do have BIG Hopes and even Bigger plans for the future. and Legacy
will be a very big part of that.

Welcome aboard.

C.A.G.

 Greetings fellow saw dust makers,

This is just a short introduction to get things started. I have owned a Revo
for a few years. What a great little machine! I typically make smaller items
like belt buckles, E-cigs, pens and the like but have made some columns with it
too using a transition turning to join the sections. I'm looking for some new
tips an techniques and may also have some to offer. I'm also considering going
to CNC as soon as I can convince my "keeper of the checkbook" that it is a
worthwhile investment. Looking forward to sharing new info.
