Hello Mac, There is not CNC mill with a 5th axis (which does tapering), except a Legacy. Good luck with finding one with a fourth axis that can do a five inch 54 inch post that is not taking forever by carving the spindle. (The legacy promotional videos are still accurate from what I can see.)
You can find a better price on a 3 axis machine that's used and you can put one together for much less that does a good number of things better. The only thing better would be the latest arty 58, which has a 9 inch turning diameter.
