Hay there http://www.8020.net/DIY_CNC.asp 80/20 dose CNC, (on there web site. I 
have no more info then seeing it.) (check it out for your self.) 


I have the 80/20 catalog but it dose not say much, I think you will need to 
call and talk to one of there people to find out any more info. But the idea is 
VERY Possible.

possibility of using 80/20 and it's linear bearing system to build a z-axis.
