Hay Bill The Diamonds worked out great, but when I re-adjusted the indexing for the peals cut, I was just a bit off. from a arms reach it looks OK but on closer look, Its just doesn't work out as well. the idea was to make a string of pearls riding up the diamond cuts , As I said This is the first try, The next one will work out better. (I hope?) I now think I know where my mistake was made. I tried to place the pearl inside the diamond, if I had cut out a small cove (roped,grove,or channel first. ) removing everything with in the cut, and then making my pearl cut in the channel,(sorta like working with a clean slate... so to speak.) I could make a string of pearls that would not be interrupted with small details like broken parts of the diamonds . with out the added detail of broken parts, the pearls would have looked fine. Perhaps Wednesday I will give it another try? If any one else has any ideas or comments, Please lets hear them. Trial and error is OK, but if someone out-there knows of a better way, I for one would like to know it. Its late. Im going to hit the hay now. Have a good night. talk to you all tomorrow.
