Thanks for the welcome. I live just outside of Clinton which is just west of Jackson (the State Capitol). I presently work in State Government as the Executive Director of the Veterans’ Home Purchase Board. I am an old Navy Sea Bee (Viet Nam Vet) and over the past 5 years have enjoyed serving the Veterans of Mississippi with their mortgage needs. I am looking forward to what you guys can teach me.

Even after all of these years, I have not used it to its fullest.
