If I interpreted his "offer" correctly he'll post them where you can download them (like in DropBox). 

If you want them, you save them to your computer or print them out on your home/office printer.

So "cost" will only be your time and cost of paper & ink if you print them.

Paul, Am I correct in my assumption?
