Bill,
You are "Spot on" (as Richard and friends would say back in "The Kingdom" ("Queendom") re: the reason Tim is the "Keeper of the Docs".
I am sure Tim has MORE than enuf to do just keeping The Group's Google presence on-line, monitored, and orderly - and replying to our requests for docs, info, etc.
(I know you were joking about "keeping Tim bust - and out of trouble.)
Have a wonderful weekend.
Mac

My guess is legacy copyright,  the manuals still belong to them and they have authorised only Tim K to distribute them to us but I could be wrong. Besides we got to give Tim something to do lol 😊

Tim Just a question but: is there any reason why these manual's can not be made available on the Forum?

At some point someone else will need to have access say 10-20 years from now?

Kind Regards,

I'm the only authorized member that can distribute the manual.  Make a request to me at artmarb...@comcast.net and I will take care of you. Obviously I'll need to know which machine you own.

If I interpreted his "offer" correctly he'll post them where you can download them (like in DropBox).

If you want them, you save them to your computer or print them out on your home/office printer.

So "cost" will only be your time and cost of paper & ink if you print them.

Paul, Am I correct in my assumption?

Thanks.

Mac

I'd also be interested.  Will you post the particulars as to how this can happen (i.e., cost, etc.)?

I’ve found the original assembly manual to my 1200 as well as the Z axis assembly manual. Is there any interest in my scanning and posting them?

....About 60 pages all together.
