Look at the big RP2301FC  3-1/4 hp Makita with soft start. It's an animal
and smooth running as any Bosch I've ever owned.
You ask Mike Pung about Makita routers.
I have every kind from Freud, Sear, Black and Decker Bosch, HItachi, Porter
Cable and then my Makita. think I have about 22 routers and
the Makita is my favorite.
