Curt,  thanks for those pics of the rotary table over on the other thread.
my head spindle is 3/4" diameter.
So you mean I could get the 12 hole index head cut off, then the 3/4" 
spindle shaft turned down
to 5/8" dia and the SSmith accessories would all slide on ?
Then I'd have to weld an adapter shaft to the 12 hole drive hub so I can 
use it on the 5/8" spindle.. 
I'm not familiar with SSmith parts. So I'd have to look into that and see 
if some
are for sale up here.  Thanks for pointing out all these options.

I think I'd like to have the option of the MT2. ?

If you're not using your MT2 how do you hold on your drive hub?
Can you just grab it with the chuck?
