Thanks yeah the laser work is the fun part and we have some many different fonts we can get now, the sky is the limit. To do the dished out rounds I made a template and used a shank mounted bearing type pattern bit in my small Bosch Pony Router.. My template is the exact image of the actual board so I can make more if needed. Kind Regards,
