I love the idea of linear rail on the mills I want to do it too its just finding the time I don’t know why the shy away either

It honestly is no harder then changing the tires on your car. Yes it is a pain, outside the norm. But winter is coming and you need new tires! Linear rail makes the Legacy into a much better machine. It works smoothly and shows promise of being durable. Type of plastic unknown. I will have to machine a bushing because I screwed up the mounting so that the duplex wobbles unacceptably. Worst case is to make the "guide rails" found on almost all these skinny gears.
