Janis,
In the Event window, click on the bar near the bottom that says "Edit
Event
Sentence Definition." Then from the Edit An Event Definition window, at
the
bottom, click on the drop down menu arrow which appears beside the word
"Insert." Near the bottom of the drop down menu selections you will find
the option to insert the Event Address field within the sentence of your
choice. I learn something new about Legacy nearly every day.-- Alice
