Would just like to say that I find this list invaluable. I don't always
have to put any questions I have as usually find someone else is having same
problem or someone answers with an alternative suggestion. Many thanks
Susan for the below brilliant suggestion ........... I really must find the
time one day to try each of Legacy's options just to see what it does. This
Tree View is the answer to most of my problems.

Many, many thanks to all of those who contribute with suggestions to other
users questions.

Bill,

You can add these people into your family file, but they can remain

Unlinked. Being there will make it easy for you to refer to them using

The Name Index when you wish to, without having to open a new file.

Start with -- Add -- New Unlinked Individual ---

Then when you click on -- View -- Tree Finder --

You'll find this family in their own separate tree.

Will this work for you?
