Carol,
Taking the second part of your email regarding the non appearance of
children: again I suggest that you again start from the beginning by double
clicking on the correct html file on your computer to see if they are/are
not included there (or you can have a look at it in Notepad and read it from
there). If they are, then again the problem lies in uploading to your ISP
otherwise the problem is within the Legacy settings. I would first check the
usual things such as not being marked "private", are they still "living" and
details for living supressed etc.

Subject: RE: [LegacyUG] pictures are fine on program, but do not appear on
Legacy created web pages?

Ron,
I've done this - and there are no spaces in the names, the cases of the
characters are all small. I then compared these (in my Legacy webpage
file)
with what ended up being uploaded - and they are identical.
One thing I noticed, though, is that these picture files (the ones that are
not displaying correctly) are all really small, 1K each; whereas my
pictures
that display correctly are much bigger in size. I think this is
significant, but I don't know what to do about it.
I still cannot explain why some families are not uploading correctly - only
2 of 7 children are uploaded, for example. The files before upload look
fine, but after upload, the children have vanished.
