Hi Nico,
I haven't much idea.
Since the line is moving and unique to this individual, have you
checked the fact/note before the line? Perhaps it ends with a line or
some other characters that are causing a problem. Make sure it ends
without extra spaces, carriage returns etc. Has it got a line or
image attached to it? Could that be over printing on the next item?
