Carolyn,

 

Legacy doesn't provide a drop down descendent report like the one you showed in Family Historian 3 without the use of an addon called Treedraw. However i'd advise that you look closer than this since i think Legacy holds many other features over Family Historian.

I did download it and am not finding a way to print "all relatives" or "everyone."  That's why I asked.

I suggest that you download the free version of Legacy and work with it
a while to see how you like it.
