I can understand why the lady was yelling to leave the list since the system
has to have a flaw and does not unsubscribe. I have been unsubscribing for
days and the messages continue. HELP please... Some moderator for Legacy
needs to check their system.

Hi John,
You need Search > Search and Replace
Note in the Find where
Location = long name
then there is Location short for the short location name
Read all the options carefully to set up your search and replace.
It's always best to make a backup before doing something you haven't done
before just in case you misunderstand one of the options.
