Dennis, I may be having a senior moment but I am still not clear as to what you wish to do. If you are talking about importing an rtf file into notes then the answer is yes. Click read, set the type of file to "All Files" and save. Text formatiing sticks, apart from colour. If you are trying to do something wlse then please say.

I want to import an RTF file into my Legacy database instead of having to type it all in one piece of data at a time.
