I generated a report/Book/Descendent narrative which included a table of
contents that included the following:
generation 1............... page #
generation 2 .............. page #
etc.
However ever since when I try to generate the same report, the table of
contents no longer includes the page listing for the various generations (as
above) and I cannot find the setting I must have changed since the original
report. Can someone point me in the right direction? I've looked
everywhere.
