The problem of not showing "half" relatives was created in 6.0.0.110 and has
been fixed. It is supposedly in the next release.

But my stepmother and step gt gt grandmother have always shown up as "wife
of father" and "wife of 2nd gt grandfather". I believe this is the correct
way to display it. Similarly, the system is correct in not showing your
stepmother's parents as being related to you - biologically they aren't

Hmmm, I know that this has been a problem for some on the list & that
Legacy is working on it. Out of curiousity, I reset the relationship to
myself and found my 1/2 siblings listed as "half source", just as you
indicated. My stepmother is called "wife of father", and her parents have
no relationship to me. When I put the relationship back to one of my
children, she has no relationship to my 1/2 siblings -- her aunts and
uncles. Given the many multiple marriages in my tree, I'd like to see this
fixed.

Can anyone tell me why I am unable to see any half relatives in the
space above the name of the person in the FAmily View. I used to be able to
see "half 4th great aunt" or "half 6th great uncle" but now it doesn't even
list them as a relative at all. I have done "Tool", 'Set relationship' about
4 times from the base person being my daughter...and that would make
relationships for everyone on my side and my husbands side of the family but
it doesn't calculate any 1/2 blood relatives anymore. It lists people who
are not related to me biologically, however, like 'wife of
grandfather'...but I'm missing all my half relatives in my entire tree of
56,000 people...It also lists half siblings in the columns...with the 1/2
symbol beside half siblings...but no title above the persons name as to
their relationship to me biologically. This is new since my last update
