Arnold, Legacy will automatically check for new news articles and new builds every six hours I believe. If Legacy is open at the time a new one is made available, you might experience what you suggested. Otherwise, the next time you open Legacy, it will be refreshed. Or, you could click on the Options button on the Home tab, and select 'check the Internet now'.
