Better to have a "server busy" error than to start download and have it fail part way. I'm not aware of this happening before so has something on your servers changed or is this a particularly popular updater? May be the software can be changed so that when upgrading nothing is touched until the download is complete. FWIW, I had no problems but I'm in the UK so was probably downloading when most of you were tucked up in bed.
