Click on the marrige block to open the Marriage Information screen.
Then, click on the Add/Edit Address Information button (looks like a
Monopoly house with the phone thrown in the front yard) just above the
Location box.

This is my problem. I don't see the "+" in the marriage field. It's
there for death and burial, etc., but not marriage that I could see.
