Dave,
I believe you have to edit one or more items on the primary screen (long  
name, short name,etc.) before it will offer that popup. I've occasionally  
forgotten and had the same problem.

I'm  wanting to copy a source document to a new source and then make changes
to  it.

I used to get the dialog box asking if I want to apply changes to  all
occurrences of create a new source.

I no longer seem to get  this, it just changes the original source.

How much do I have to change  or what fields need to be changed for it to ask
the question so I can  create a new source instead of changing the  original
