Mary, It is difficult, at least for me, to understand what you are saying.
It seems to me that you are inventing a person to create a Master Source for an event that doesn't yet exist. If that, or something like it, is correct then just delete the person you have invented. Master Sources do not go away of the individual or event disappears.
