I fixed my own problem. Although run-time error '5' was not one of the
issues mentioned on legacy's website, other run-time errors were. I
made a back-up copy of my legacy folder and then deleted all files with
the extension .USR. Legacy recreates these files on start-up. My
problem is now resolved.
