I begin to wonder if there is a population divide in humour between the old
(Europe) and the new (US), with Sherry being an exception that proves the
rule.

Fine, so somebody got frustrated with what they considered as not taking an
obvious course of action and said so. Haven't we all been there - and
haven't we all tried to defuse the situation with a little humour.

CUT SOME STACK PLAEASE (and yes I deliberately used capitals).

I think the response was vulgar. The user obviously
doesn"t understand the terms and perhaps even the
language. I am glad someone has taken him under wing
for help.
I was very disappointed with the statement from a
member of Legacy's team. This is out of character. I
guess anyone can have a bad day.
