What I did was make a PDF (for a great niece) so as to get all the pictures formatted nicely, then used Nitro PDF to break it into managable sized portions in Word to use spell check on. Word will spell check a whole document, not just one field (text box) at a time. That caught all the "no space after a colon" instances as well as a few typos. Then I used Lulu.com to print.
Will be glad when Legacy fixes the space after colon Notes issue, but wish there were a way to spell check more than one field at a time in Legacy. Is there? And I just can't find it? A global spell check for the database would be great! (With ability to add words like surnames to the database, of course.)
