When setting up your Report, click on Report Options, then on the Footers tab. There is a tick box for Include Compiler's information at bottom of reports (and a button labelled Edit Compiler... in case you need it.)
Thanks - I have done all that, filled in *all* the fields (Date is auto-filled "16 May 2007", Comment is "Work in progress, beware errors and omissions"). What prints is minus Date and Comments: Produced by: Mary Young, [address], [my phone 1], [my phone 2], [EMAIL PROTECTED], http://redhunter.com/cmy
