Lu, Yes it is. The phone support person is quite busy. When you call, it's a good idea to say in the message when a good time is to call you back. Jim checks messages every hour and tries to return the calls as soon as possible. However, some calls can take up to an hour and it may be later in the day or the next day before he gets to call back, esp if you call late in the day.
