Dee, A list of the keyboard shortcuts is found in the Help file under.... Keyboard:Shortcuts, as well as in the back of the User's Guide.
To close with the shortcut, use Alt-F then X. To navigate the selection boxes on the Index View, just press the tab key. The individual will stay highlighted but the tab key will move you between the three fields and the Options button. When you get to the Options button, just press Enter to access the options.
