I 'fixed' this a year ago, so may miss parts I leave
the same. 
1. Go to To Do List Report Options. 
2. Uncheck Start Each Task or Repository on a New
Page.
3. Delete blank lines under my words.
4. 'What to Include' remove most if not all Report
Body check marks. I add these in the Description area
in my order.
5. Change blank lines to zero.h in LA CA
This should clean it up a lot.
