I use Outlook Express. I just highlighted text from your message, then
File>Print>Selection and Print and it worked for me.
Thanks for correcting me Maureen. It was that extra step of selecting
Selection that I missed because I don't have to do that in Turnpike, it
is automatically selected for me so I'd never noticed it!
