Publishing Center > Descendant Book Report > Additional > Index Options > Include a name index > Include alternate names. I checked the above option, but the alternate names don't appear anywhere in the index. Am I misunderstanding what this feature is? ALSO: Is it possible to not print notes and events in Descendant Book Reports? I don't see where to turn this off.
