Hi Phil
I use the double brackets [[ ]] for things that I want to be able to see on
screen but don't want printed.
I especially like it for locations such as cemeteries so I can search for
Burial Longitude and Latitude to find just one Cemetery's data
example [[I.O.O.F. Cemetery]] Rochester Fulton County, Indiana and the address
I just use the cemetery address.
That way I don't get reports that say
John Doe burial Longitude and Latitude
I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana
N47 54 92.124
W086 36 22.456
Address I.O.O.F. Cemetery blah blah
I don't like the duplication

Thanks Roberta
That's working for me.
Now to fix up all the addresses to a standard format that does not
duplication or have wierd codes in them.
Thanks again
