I routinely put the full email text in the Text of Source for an
email I receive. As well as not ticking the box for printing, I
also start the text with double brackets [[ so it doesn't export
to a gedcom, as I do for uploading to my website. I don't want
the entire email on public view.

I do this as I am a splitter with this type of source. If I were
a lumper and put the email text in the Detail Text of Source it
is easy not to export.

I mislead you - it's on the Text of Source tab of the Master
Source, but I
just looked and you DON'T tick it unless you want it to print. I
remembered
it backwards....
