Hi Ralf: I sort by date. Although I felt some of the events didn't necessarily mesh well, I'm currently playing around by moving the date ([onDate] code) to the front of the event sentence structure.
EXAMPLE: Events 1. On 6 Jun 1841 he appeared on the 1841 England census in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND He was recorded as residing on Church Street, male, 20 years of age, employed as a blacksmith, and born in Gloucestershire.2 2. On 12 Nov 1820 he resided in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND.1 Thanks! I was sorting by type (censuses, residences, occupations), but you end up duplicating information following this method. Thanks, Ralf Be smarter than spam.
