Hi Valerie,

You must have different source detail attached when you use the Registry of Deeds for a different individual. Therefore you are getting another source number.

The source citations list is not a Bibliography with each source mentioned once but Endnotes which include the detail along with the Master Source and so it will print more than once.

If the detail is exactly the same when the source is used for someone else, it won't print again.

If you don't want to print the Source Details, mark them all "not to print" and then the Registry of Deeds will only print once. However, when you do this (as I often do when printing a report for those not particularly interested in sources), your source list is not as helpful to those who really want to know exactly where you found something and what it was.

For example each time I site Registry of Deeds it is given a different
number.

I would like Registry of Deeds to have its own number which is the same
every time it is used, not matter which person or what report I am
using.

Hope this makes sense if not please ask questions.

Regards from Valerie in sunny Sydney.
