On the face of it, I don' think so. One can produce a Location Report 
(Reports>Books/Others>Locations>) in which events can be included for each 
person, but I suspect this is not what you are looking for. However, please 
have a look at it and come back and expain why it is not suitable.

It may be possible to produce what I think you require be appropriate tagging 
but, unfortunately, I am very busy at the moment and have not time to think 
through the details.
