When merging two records where the given names and surname are the same except the case, the difference is not detected and therefore a choice as to which one to keep is not offered. Example: LaVern Taylor is not the same as Lavern Taylor but when these two records are brought up for the merge, the names are not considered to be different so the user can not chose to keep one or the other but will only get the one from the "left" side of the merge.
