Ron,
Here is some more info...
In each couple file you will put a family group sheet as well as all
documents regarding that couple. You can also put a research log and
correspondence log in there as well. So, when you are working on a
particular couple you can just pull their file and you have everything right
in front of you.
HOWEVER, I also have an ACTIVE file. That is where I put all of the stuff I
am currently working on no matter who they are.
