Gene,

This is a situation where the window is opening up off to the side of the
screen. I'm not sure how this happens but deleting Legacy2.usr resets all
the windows to the default screen and things are fine from there.

A "fresh" Legacy2.usr file will be regenerated when you go back into Legacy.

I'll mention this to Jim to have him add it to the website.

Humm - I am in XP Pro!  It is possible I double click when there should be
only 1 click - I have a few thousand of these corrections to do and am
pushing to get them done...  Thanks for the ideas!

I presume you are running either Win 98 or ME.  This is a windows bug, not a
Legacy error.

Support may also wish to look at this as the solution given does not appear
to be available to
Legacy users as I believe the form settings are hard coded into the program.
