That is precisely what I meant when I said that ampersands have a special 
meaning in html and cannot be used in file names. Whilst people with knowledge 
of html may well use them as you suggest, and I do myself (but *not* in file 
names), one should keep in mind that many/most of those using Legacy to create 
web pages have little or no knowledge of html. They are, together with other 
special characters, best avoided unless one knows what one is doing
