Hi Jenny,

It sounds to me like you should be working directly with the support 
staff at Legacy.  Email Sherry at [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the 
details of your problem, and she will help you.

You can take a screen shot by pressing the Prt Sc button - look on the 
top row of your keyboard, to the right.  Once you've done that, open a 
picture editor (Paint will do fine, if you've got nothing else) and 
paste the image there (<Crtl><V>).  Save the file.

You can also capture just the top window open on your screen by pressing

<Alt><Prt Sc>.

DO NOT post attachments to this list, please - though I'm sure you 
already know that from the way you phrased your question.  :-)
