I believe I have asked a similar question before, but I am again
plagued with this problem and do not remember ever learning an answer.
I have just created a descendant report. It only includes 4
generations. In it, my brother's fourth "relationship" (one private
relationship and three marriages) is totally not there. This would be
his most recent marriage (15 years ago) and is obviously the lasting
relationship. It is set to preferred in the software. So, the report
makes no mention of the most important of his relationships. Are you
only allowed a certain number of relationships? Please help. This is
totally not acceptable. I must be doing something wrong, because I
can't imagine that the software itself would have this limitation.
Please let me know how to enter data in such a way that this does not
happen (this is the only instance that I have "caught," but there may
be others). Of note: when I do the report starting one generation down
(three generations instead of four), it does include the last
marriage. What's going on?
Thanks,
Barbara
