Hi Greg,
From memory there were more things to do for a 3021 error than just
checking you had a suitable Jet Engine. Doesn't it include exporting
to a new file?
Once you have done everything that is mentioned on the
Troubleshooting pages for your error, if it persists, the most
sensible thing to do is to contact Support direct.
