A simple computer crash should normally not need a system restore, but just a 
re-boot. Depending on the date the restore point was created, running that will 
remove anything that was installed or updated after that date, and can easily 
screw other items up. Check to see if Legacy is showing the current build and 
if not, try to update it. If that doesn't work you probably will need to 
uninstall reinstall.
