Actually, Joseph, the original question was how to tag descendants without including the non-descendant spouse. My response to that question was also not as kind as it might have been. But I think we've moved on, and I apologize also.

I apologize for offending you. I was only trying to respond to the question with a reasonable response.

The original question was, "How does a person get descendants without having a spouse?" If it's without a "spouse" they are unmarried. Therefore my response was for hte most part correct.

I understand that an individual can have a child without wanting the relation. And I do realize that a parent can raise a child responsibly without legal marriage. I had to raise four as a single parent.

And I'm not trying to run anyone's life. I just answered a question and indeed it's correct.... for the most part.

Again, I apologize

Joseph

Well, this is certainly getting crude. Sometimes people choose to have children and raise them responsibly without a legal marriage. Who am I to judge? I have enough to do to take care of my own life without trying to run others.

Obviously I meant that it takes 2 people to create descendants. In what way is it useful to have a file that has several generations of descendants without having both of the parents of those descendants included? Why would you want to exclude the non-descendant spouse?

It's called FORNICATION.... sexual relations without the obligation, responsibility. and commitment of marriage.
