Hi Jess,
If you have unlocked the Deluxe version, you should be able to update
from the Home Tab.
As you've discovered, Legacy 7 isn't yet available on the website for download.
RE the Mapping tool.
It requires Internet Explorer 7 to work.
It also requires the Deluxe version to be unlocked.
And you'll need a good internet connection. I can't imagine using it
on Dial up.
There is an occasional bug I think where it doesn't recognise your connection.
If that's the problem try again and it will probably work.
However, once you get there - it's great.

Also, when I use the Map my Family tool... the screen is completely
blank where the map should be (and yes, I'm connected to the internet
when I try it). Is that part of the .38 update, is something wrong
with my install, or is it yet to come?
